Every company has its own culture and the way that things are done. However, most companies have acquired their culture by a series of habits that have developed over time with the people who work there. It takes time to change this and create a captivating culture for a company, but here are a few questions to think about and help you move in the right direction.

What is the company’s current culture?

  1. What is the ideal culture to move towards in the future? Try to establish core values for the company.
  2. What does the company value? Reward employees who follow the values and culture of the company.
  3. Do the company systems and processes currently help or hinder the goal you want to move towards?
  4. Are the company leaders good role models for employees?

Use your answers to these five questions to figure out what your next steps should be in creating an engaging culture for your company.
